The entire Plan directed by the Arcturians is being controlled with the purpose of rescuing the memory of the 144,000 beings coming from the stars. Beings who came to Earth in very ancient times, in the time of Atlantis, with the intention of keeping alive the Divine Energy and to anchor it on a daily basis in the Planet, through the mantric chants of the Elohim Saints, and for saving it from the imminent disaster that was then approaching the blessed city of Eden. The reason is that the cainite forces had taken possession of the place to corrupt it and submerge it in the most profound disaster and perversion.

This is how the Cainite Heresy took the city by assault, in the midst of pagan rituals, human sacrifices, feasts, orgies, and all sorts of corruption, forcing Atlantis to fall in the most profound occultism. Those 144,000 Beings were prey of the whirlwind of passions that were tossing at the time.

The entire plan of light was submerged in the greatest of ignorance, that for thousands of years ruled the Planet.

However, the times when the Light of Sirius (The Bond Rays) have come back, to bathe again our System. In direct line, we receive the action through Arcturus and Alxion, the main Sun of the Pleiades.

Our system is located in the seventh orbit of this Constellation and it rotates around it, in a process that lasts 26,000 years, or 260 centuries, and around the entire galaxy it takes more than 260 million years.

This period is reaching its end and we are entering the Age of Aquarius, this way closing a great cycle, to begin a new one, where the light will always prevail on our Planet, thus graduating itself. “The final Victory of times.”

The first part of the Arcturus Plan is to track down and rescue the 144,000 Beings who arrived to Atlantis from Sirius, Orion, Arcturus, and Pleiades, to help maintain kindled the Energy of the Sole God, but their arrival coincided with the great revolution of the forces of obscurantism and they were trapped there.

It’s very important to track them down, because this number constitutes the Critical Mass of the Planet, which working in unison with The Round of the Elohim, will help reestablish the Christic Energy, and create a new Eden on Earth.

Francisco Arturo Mejías, in his five wonderful books, has compiled an entire spectrum of information and a very important work, about this project that comes from Arcturus.

It is based on the Menorah, (Jewish candelabrum with seven lights) where the Hebrew Letters or Elohim are located in each of its arms. By working them on a daily basis, as visualization, meditation, and chants in the corresponding musical key, the chakras in our body are purified, opening this way the doors to a Higher-Consciousness and connecting us to the seven Churches and the seven Divine Virtues.

This way we join the candelabrum of the Earth with the Candelabrum found in the Net of Light of the Father, to create a perfect Eden in our hearts and from there irradiate it to the entire Planet.

This is a sublime work of Light directed by the Great Hierarchy. With its guide and our daily work, Heaven and Earth will be finally linked.

The first thing that has to be worked at every day is the construction of the Temple of Energy, to protect us from the collective subconscious by 108 daily meditations.

In this first phase, we created the Sphere or Divine protection called “The Temple Sphere,” which all humans have engraved in our subconscious, and thus, we activate it again.

It is formed by the Great Cosmic Cross with the four even arms, that represents the four rivers of Eden, with its four landscapes, its four Archangels in each cardinal point, with its legions of Angels, its four Elements (Air, Fire, Water, and Earth), with its Kings, and its Elementals.

When we work it on a daily basis, we are manifesting a reality that has remained in a dimension of Light, but ignored by our conscience. With our mind, every day we give it strength, solidifying the wall of the Sphere, to remain protected from the collective subconscious, creating this way our perfect Eden.

It constitutes the Sphere of protection of the Mercabah, or vehicle of Light, that we must activate for these moments, when we know that the Earth is making a Quantum leap and the beings that live on it will do it as well, for as long as we prepare ourselves for the occasion, activating our vehicle of Light.

In summery, it deals, in its first instance, with the activation of the Temple Sphere of protection, overcoming this way the collective subconscious. As I said before, this constitutes the first phase of the Mercabah, and also the manifestation of Eden.

Second instance: it consists of liberating the seven chakras of the dreams of the ego, where they have stayed asleep for centuries, awakening in this way the seven Divine Virtues, coming together with Them and thus, we will link to our Being.

This second part corresponds to the work of the Round, that takes place in a period of 20 days and that forever will repeat itself. They are 22 Elohim, from which two of Them are worked every day, because they open the chamber of our Christic Conscience.

The remaining 20 are worked every day until the circuit is closed. This is accompanied by the meditation pertaining to Elohim, and his own chant in its corresponding musical key. Each one of Them is related to the daily radiation of the Solar Rays, that each day manifest a different Divine Power, impregnating it with its Energy, taking it through the third eye, to later direct it to the corresponding Chakra and from there irradiate it to the entire Planet.

As we can appreciate, this is a work of an incredible magnitude, because this will give way to that Promised Land, with the least possible suffering, because our assumption of consciousness will take place every day, each time with less pain and more broadening of the mind.

As this takes place, we will see how our surroundings will also show the same change. It’s something wonderful to see our families united, breathing an atmosphere of Peace and Love.

Therefore, this will also irradiate to the entire Planet, separating the fertile seed from the sterile. When some only experiment a terrible chaos in their lives, as a result of the great ignorance in which they find themselves, others are going through our best moments.

I invite to reflect on this message and the importance of the mission, of the feeling called on to serve our Magnum Opus to manifest the profound desire to change their lives and those of the entire Mankind through this sublime work of daily Love.

I end this information by narrating a landscape of the East, corresponding to the Mental Body and the Spring, of the Holy Eden, found imprinted in our Higher-Consciousness and that of the Planet and that it is only waiting to link with the Earth of third dimension with our help and that of the Great Hierarchy, which constantly protects us with its infinite Love.

“It set over soft hills of different tones of green. Spread harmoniously in different places, looking to balance the masses, were groups of bushes, at whose feet bloomed patches of multicolor flowers.

To the left, a shadowy woods offered itself generously, overflowing freshness and peace; from the center to the back, a stream flowed, very clear, which on a gentle slope rushed happily and noisily between the rounded rocks, among which grew many white irises to impregnate the environment with a pleasing fragrance.

Noisy flocks of birds, in never-ending chirping, lifted from one place to the other… Likewise, the butterflies, as if they were ethereal clouds of different colors, blew from one patch of flowers to the next, giving the place the hectic movement of life.

Animals of all sorts began to appear, that in peaceful coexistence walked confidently; maybe because of the joy that filled them, they did not feel the inclination to fight… The constant buzzing of bees, the chanting of crickets, the breeze soft and perfumed, prairies eternally green and in bloom, golden light… everything speaking of harmony, the order of vital activity.

The image began to be so consistent that, without noticing, I began to feel comfortable there… the Harmony and the beauty could be felt in the air and gave the heart a joyous happiness… I run to the stream, I washed in the waters and later drank from it. I did everything as if with it I were performing a purification ritual.

Immediately many memories rekindled: old images of love with its tender and delicate sensations, guarded in my psyche reserved for the pleasant and friendly moments, they opened as if they were exotic flowers to offer me new fragrances.

I felt everything again; I was able to see, smell, and touch. I delighted myself with old memories, one after the other... All of a sudden, I began to hear, from the depth of the landscape, a soft singing… A choir of far away voices was singing with special sweetness the mantric name of Archangel Raphael and soon after, He appeared gigantic in the horizon.

In his left hand, he had a sort of wand, which from one of its ends released concentric rings of an extremely white light that illuminated everything around it, and in the other hand, he carried a fish... I felt a very soft and fresh breeze around me. Without warning, another figure began to form in the ether, clear and ethereal. I knew that it was Paralda, the Air King.

With its contact, my mind became even more serene and was able then to perceive a Golden Sun, in another dimension... It was the Temple of the East, the archetypical place for Beauty and Harmony. Once again, the eagle appeared and without knowing how, when my attention was drawn to it, it flew to his side.

As we were approaching the Sun, I distinguished the gates to the Temple, guarded by the Angels Chasan and Ariel... With a sweet expression, they let me know that I was welcomed and told me to continue on… When I went through the threshold, I knew I had entered in the infinite conscience of Archangel Raphael, Regent of the Universal Mind.”
