It
was the center of the world. It received the Light
directly from the Sirius Heart, the central Sun of the
galaxy, and it would then expand it in all directions…
This is the reason it was called Holy among all the
cities on Earth.
However, one unfortunate day, its light went
out… Darkness took it by surprise. The innocence and
pureness of its inhabitants prevented them from seeing
the danger and even their name was blemished.
Eden does not exist on Earth any
longer... However, this space has remained and will
remain forever in our memory. Its sweet name, in the
most recondite of our beings, is synonymous of
happiness. It was, is, and will always be our home,
the Sacred City to which we all wish to return…
Currently Eden is a way of thinking
suspended in the Sixth Dimension, protected by the
Archangel Sandalphon, by his choirs of Angels and by
the entire Hierarchy, especially by that of Arcturus,
that has meticulously weaved a wonderful plan, the Arcturus
Work Plan for the Planet Earth, through which the Sacred
City will be rebuilt again on Earth … “Eden is not
an Utopian illusion, if it were the case, it would not
throb as the great hope in the most recondite place
within each one of us.”
This Scale Model of the Sacred City
of Eden is an exact replica of its original at its
most splendorous moment, centuries before the Fall of
Man, a fact that brought on the disappearance and
later sinking of Atlantis. Its construction arises
from a loving proposal of the Hierarchy to the members
of The Crusade of the Living God, who with enthusiasm and unconditional
love, lent themselves to its realization with the firm
intention of awakening the Collective memory. It calls
our attention that it should be Venezuela the country
chosen to construct the replica, through which, for
the first time in our world the real aspect,
wonderfully harmonic and perfect, of the place
conceived by God Father to harbor the perfection of
his Son, the Adam Kadmon, will be seen. Will this be
the beginning of the fulfillment of the prophecy, for
which Venezuela has been chosen as the New Jerusalem?

interfere, our world, without a doubt, shall be the
grail where all the beauty, the perfection, and the
Love that springs from the Divine mind shall come to
rest. This is why Eden is possible, and it shall be
the highest realization and justification of Men in
this Planet.”
Alida:
Francisco, in your last book La Misión: La Gran Conspiración de los
144.000 you spoke of the Arcturus Work Plan for the Planet Earth, where, in one of its phases, reference is made to the restructuring of
the “Planetary
Eden,” What can you tell us about all this?
Francisco:
The
truth is that all human beings are equipped with a
cumulus of virtues and capacities present, as well, in
all the living creatures of the Universe. Love,
intelligence, tendency to fulfill harmony and order,
ability to recover equilibrium both physical and
psychic –homeostasis-, joy, creativity, mercy,
fraternity, and happiness are only some of them. The
congregation of all these virtues and capacities is
what is known as the Superior Self.
The
goal is that all on Earth are able to allow this
Superior Self to flow continuously. When this happens,
the Earth transforms itself in the Terrestrial
Paradise. There is a star, six light years away from
the Earth, where this has already taken place. It’s
the star of Arcturus.
For
six decades, the Arcturians have been coming in
telepathic contact with people from the Earth to
transmit to them the methods that had allowed them to
destroy the inferior Self and make the Superior Self
able to flow continuously through their Consciences.
To
establish in the short-term this Paradise on the
Planet, a work system has been traced known as Arcturus Work Plan for the Planet Earth.
The first phase of this plan (already fully
accomplished) was an informative phase where many
human beings –scientists, writers, philosophers-
were contacted to be dictated to them the information
and books. Among these books is Esdras
Rasit. Said
plan is now in the phase known to them as Project
Paradise.
Alida:
There is a critical mass of 144,000 beings that come from Sirius, Orion
and Pleiades, that is essential to this work and as I
understand, through your book, to locate these beings
corresponds to the first phase of the Arcturus Plan (this
number of people is considered by many philosophies as
well as the Bible). Your book clearly describes the
mission of these beings on Earth. Could you talk a
little about them?
Francisco:
In all earnest, as I have told you, the first part of
the Arcturus
Plan was an informative phase, which is already completed. The
second phase, that is, Project
Paradise, envisions three well defined phases:
A.- The recovery of the memory of
the 144,000
B.- The destruction of the inferior
Self
C.- The connection of the
Conscience of the Men from Earth with the Cosmic Mind
through Sirius
The
144,000 are beings that had already established the
conscious connection with their Superior Self and had
voluntarily offer themselves as missionaries to come
and collaborate in the formation of the Christic Body
of the Earth.
They
came from Sirius, Arcturus, and Orion... As I was
informed as they were dictating the book La
Misión to me. They came while the Earth had
finished to form three of the four inferior bodies:
the dense, the ethereal, and the emotional. At the
time, the Mental Body was being shaped, that is, the
last of those four bodies, and it was the time to
begin the formation of the fifth body or Christic Body.
The inhabitants of Atlantis, more specifically those
of Eden, their magnificent capital, were in charge of
carrying out this mission.
The
structure of this city was the best suited for this.
Its special configuration, with concentric rings of
soil, alternating with concentric rings or channels of
water, allowed the telepathic resonance of all the
minds immediately to propagate through the entire body
of energy of the Earth.
The
start of this process needed 144,000 lucid and trained
minds to form the critical mass. Therefore, the
Hierarchy recruited the missionaries. However, their
arrival to Earth coincided with an ill-fated event:
the destruction of Maldeck, the fifth Planet of the
Solar System. This planet exploded in pieces because
of the evil of its inhabitants. The Hierarchy thought
that the dreadful trauma they had just endured had
made them reconsider, and that they could also help,
with their experience, to accelerate the evolutionary
process of the Earth, and they were allowed to
incarnate here.
The
great majority learned the lesson and thought it over.
Nevertheless, some, the most alienated, persisted and
in a short period of time, took over Eden and the
shadow of evil made the entire Earth fall to darkness.
The 144,000 were also trapped in that denseness and
they didn’t remember any longer, why they had come
here for. They lost their memory.
Consequently,
the first phase of Project Paradise is
specifically directed to attain the recovery of the
memory of those 144,000 beings. Many of them are
already on their way… When they all remember, The
Golden Age of the Earth will begin.
Alida:
I
suppose that the Hierarchy has an effective strategy
to manage the fast recovery of the memory of those
144,000. Can you speak to us about that?
Francisco:
Yes.
In fact, there is a strategy. However, the speed to
achieve the goal depends on many factors. One of them
is the low vibratory rate of the Planet Fortunately,
in the last four years this has increased. As the
strategy, the brothers of Arcturus together with the
Great White brotherhood, all incarnated and reunited
in a Secret Valley of the Earth, have gradually
unveiled the secret teachings that from the beginnings
of time were brought to the Planet by Henoc.
One
of those mysteries has to do with the Candelabrum
with Seven Candles of Light and the Elohim Saints, or Hebrew
letters, which are nothing less than the vibration
patterns programed, upon visual and audio contact, to
begin to recover the virtues and capacities of the
Superior Self. To visualize the Elohim, sing his Name,
and introduce it in the chakra indicated in the
Candelabrum has a magical effect. This is the most
effective way to recover the memory.
From
the Sacred Valley, the loving White Brotherhood, day
after day casts to the body of energy of the Earth the
vibrations of the 22 Elohim with the sole intention of
awakening more and more people. This work that belongs
to them has already traced and recovered many of the
144,000 masters of Light and they, by adhering to the
work proposed, are already awakening and gaining many
more people to enlarge the army of workers of the
Light.
Alida:
I understand that you, under instruction of the beings of Arcturus, from
Venezuela, are projecting that work of the Round
of the Elohim. Why did they choose Venezuela?
Francisco:
Together
with the revelation of the mystery of the sacred candelabrum with seven candles of Light or
Menorah, which refers to the connection of the seven
human Chakras with the 22 Elohim or Hebrew letters,
the information of their connection with the planetary
system of Chakras also arrived.
Through
the data provided, we know that the North of
Venezuela, the most populated and active area in the
country, is part of the planetary Throat Chakra, which
is the Chakra through which the spiritual information
has always arrived to the Planet. This Chakra is a
ring that goes from 33° and 10° North Latitude. All
the large spiritual systems have sprung in this ring.
Israel, China, India… are found here, and there is
also the Sacred Valley.
It
calls our attention that the geographic shape of
Central America is the narrowest part of the Continent
and the one that joins the two Americas, just like the
neck does with the head and the torso. It is also
decisive the similarity of the Florida and Yucatan
Peninsula with the two uvulas of the throat. Exactly
in front of this “opened throat,” Eden, the
paradisiacal city where God and Man were ONE was built.
The masters say that Eden was the
splendid reincarnation of the Word that sprung from
the Throat Chakra of our beloved Mother Earth.
Nowadays,
the first pilot cities will be built in this area with
the same structure Eden had. Because Venezuela will be
the New Jerusalem, it was chosen by the Hierarchy to
begin the Sacred Round of the Elohim, which with its
sublime vibrations, it will start to weave the
Planetary Christic Shroud from here.
This
tells us that the Masters have chosen us, Venezuelans,
as members of the planetary Throat Chakra so that for
the first time, in this Modern Age, we say en mass the
Sacred Word for whom the whole of Creation was
built.
To
carry this out, many enlightened beings, that in the
past were part of Eden and the People of Israel, are
now incarnated in Venezuela to continue to SAFEGUARD
these sublime practices. In addition, a waste majority
of the 144,000 are already here in the geographical
ring of the Chakra. They have reincarnated or have
come from other places to live here without knowing
why they were doing so.
Based
on all this, through some people, the Hierarchy asked
the construction of a scale model of the splendid Eden,
the City of Light. The scale model accomplishes, among
other things, two specific functions: first, serve as
“aid – memory” or nemotechnic clue so that those
members of the 144,000 who have not yet remembered
their mission, may do so and form part of the Great
Conspiracy of the Energy that is carried out by
the members of The Crusade of the Living God.
And second, to connect all those who contemplate it
with their unconscious memories, because Eden lives in
akashic Memory of all Mankind: to get in touch with
this memory means to revive the moments of happiness
and ecstasies that we lived back then in the past.
Alida:
I understand that when you continue on a daily basis the Sacred Round of
the Elohim, this state of happiness is rebuilt, which
is like reconstructing our Inner Eden and that Eden,
as a physical place, will be a projection of that
Inner Eden where many will arrive and that our
resonance will continue to add many more around the
entire Planet to create similar communities in
different parts.
Francisco:
Yes, that’s right. To continue The Round daily
is to destroy the ego. Moreover, without an ego to
interfere, the Superior Self will be expressed fully
in us. This is the Inner Eden. If you get in touch
with it, anyone who comes close to you will also be
able to breathe its atmosphere... The extremely high
vibrations of your aura will resound in its pineal
gland and, without a doubt, sooner or later, it will
also set off in search of this same Paradise inside it.
This is the goal.
